Panera Bread - Réservation de table

I had a negative experience at the restaurant today. The staff should be more mindful of their surroundings, as customers can hear them at the pickup counter. I witnessed a staff member making disrespectful comments about a customer's name, which made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of asking for my name, she continued to loudly mispronounce it until I had to approach the counter myself. It only would have taken a moment to ask for my name. I felt disrespected and embarrassed, and left without speaking to a manager. I recommend supporting other restaurants in the area that are more culturally sensitive.

Food was good. Service the Pitts. I ordered 2 cheese souflee. Upon arrival was told they would not be ready for 15 minutes. Order was placed online so a phone number was there....calling me and letting me know would have been a good service recovery,but no!! I was offered to pick something else. I asked about getting the credit for what I ordered but didn't get and the girlat the counter seemed surprised. She turned to Andre who told me that he could not credit me until the next day. How ridiculouswas that. The credit never got posted. I'll be going back there....NOT!!!

I had a problem with my order not being delivered, but the manager at the Pelham, NY location, Paola, went out of her way to fix the issue. She provided excellent customer service by calling me back when the new driver received the order, issuing a full refund for the first order, adding extra items to my second order, and making it a very personal experience, especially since I was experiencing a migraine. Paola really made my day and excelled in her managerial role. Thank you again, Paola!

I was extremely let down by the portion size I got for the "you pick 2" option. One of my choices was mac and cheese, but they barely filled half the container with it. I realize that inflation is a problem, but increasing prices and giving much smaller portions is not good business practice. I will not be returning to this location and I hope that all Panera restaurants do not operate this way. Réservez une table maintenant

The Panera Bread in Pelham Manor is fantastic. I visited on a Thursday afternoon around 3pm and was impressed by the team leader and staff. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy working together. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, especially the tomato basil bread. I highly recommend trying it. Additionally, this restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I enjoyed the steak and cheddar sandwich. The Mexican tortilla corn soup was delicious.Vegetarian options: My friend ordered a vegetarian sandwich, she enjoyed it very much. The size of the sandwich was impressive, it was the length of a hero.

What's to say about Panera Bread. It's an experience in it self. The soups are done to perfection. The sandwiches as well. If you are concerned about your health well no worries, everything here will set you at ease. The bakery, Devine.

The food is just as delicious as always. The service has been lacking lately, but today it was good. The restaurant was clean, the service was efficient, and my favorite ingredients like avocado and chicken were not scarce. Réservez une table maintenant

on somebody trying to eat healthy and they even bad lettuce just look at the lettuce the one I put in the table is it a different color?

Iced coffee is delicious but finding the ice and a lid to cover it seemed a little daunting. Great choice of coffees though. Mix em up!
