Panera Bread - Réservation de table

My breakfast just arrived and it's already in the trash. I ordered a plain bagel but received a sesame one, which I am allergic to. Additionally, I requested it toasted and cut in half, but it was neither. The whole, cold bagel was just tossed into the bottom of a brown paper bag without being wrapped. To top it off, the tiny container of chive cream cheese had burst open. It's not that difficult to get an order right, so this will be my last time ordering from or going to Panera. I tried calling the Panera store three times with no answer, so I spoke with the delivery driver who was wonderful and polite. I advised them to inform the store that I have already disputed the charge on my credit...

The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly. Despite the long line at lunchtime, it was worth the wait. The cook made sure to keep the line moving smoothly so nobody had to wait too long to eat. I was impressed by how welcoming the employees were. From the cashier to the kitchen staff, everyone was kind and respectful. I dined here on Sunday, August 14th, 2022. My daughter particularly enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, turkey and cheese sandwich, and the yogurt pouches that came with her meal. This is noteworthy as my daughter can be a picky eater at times (she is a young child). I want to commend the staff with this review to show that they are doing a fantastic job!

This restaurant experience was chaotic. Six workers in the kitchen were chatting, eating, and playing on their phones, while a new employee struggled at the register. After a long wait, someone finally took our order, but then proceeded to burn and break our bagels. The line was slow and disorganized, with workers in the back still not focused on their tasks. The manager eventually came to assist, but the overall experience was a complete disaster. It could definitely use some improvement.

This Panera location is consistent with others I have visited. I placed two pick-up orders this week. The first order was missing the cut and roasted bagels I requested, so I had to wait for them to be remade. On the second visit, I only received one drink and although they said it was ready, there was no cup provided. I have been to other Panera locations where they got my order right the first time, so I am giving this location a 4-star review. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was fantastic, but unfortunately, I had to wait 25 minutes for my order and then had to ask for it, which took an additional 15 minutes. Despite this, I will likely dine at this restaurant again when I am in the area.

The chicken sandwich was overcooked and the large salad was lacking in lettuce. It is unacceptable considering we were charged a delivery fee.

The Chipotle chicken avocado melt at this restaurant will completely change your perspective on sandwiches, and the Panera here is top-notch.

I love panera, but today was a sad day. I tried the flatbread pizza. it really tasted like boil boyardee sauce.

My sandwich was more like a quarter sandwich with stale croutons on the salad and wilted lettuce
