Came for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half was empty as well. All other coffee carafes were empty. My breakfast was wrong twice! First they gave me Bacon instead of sausage. They corrected this part but forgot my egg. Both breakfasts tasted really not very well regarding flavor. We we leaving and I wanted to top off my half cup of coffee, figuring they had time to make more…. But the only carafe that was filled was the decaf. We had alerted them of the shortages but in 20-30 minutes they corrected very little. I had so many problems with wrong orders at this place, missing food, and the last two times I ordered a quick pick-up I ordered a single spinat artichoke soufflé and the last two times they gave me a spinat and bacon. I'm not a vegetarian, but I hate the spinat and the speck. I can't fix the problem because I'm working halfway away in the time I recognize the error. I don't understand why it's so hard to get order right. I went through the drive thru on 4/8 at 9:15am and ordered a honey ginseng tea. The tea was poured all over my hand as I reached out to get it. She apologized and handed me a new tea, I had to ask for a cup of ice to put my hand in. 20 minutes after I got home 3 blisters started to form on my hand so I decided I should probably fill out an incident report just in case.
