I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my coworker, Pat, for being a true lifesaver! I was in a hurry and accidentally dropped my debit card between the seat and center console of my car. Without a second thought, Pat graciously paid for my breakfast, allowing me to avoid any stress. His outstanding customer service and kindness truly made my day. Pat is an amazing person, and I genuinely appreciate his generosity.
I used to really enjoy Panera, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality lately. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it arrived cold and lacking flavor. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken, which was also cold, and the chicken had a rubbery texture. The tomato soup was served cold, and the croutons were soggy. This will definitely be our last visit to Panera.
I want to thank an employee, Pat, for making my day! Was in the drive thru and my debit card slipped between my seat and center console. No way to get it without parking. He paid for my breakfast so I didn’t have to worry about it. He was so kind about it! Thank you, Pat, for your excellent customer service and for being an awesome person.
I found multiple light color strands of hair in my food. My family and I have dark hair. One piece of hair was in my soup and the other hairs were in my muffin. Management: There?s nothing wrong with having employees wear hair nets instead of thestandard caps to ensure your customers do not have to pick hair out of their mouths. Réservez une table maintenant
I would typically give this Panera 4 stars because they're fast and I haven't ever had a bad customer service experience. However, I am lowering it to 2 stars because tonight I ordered a kids grilled cheese for my kid and when I cut it in half I realized someone forgot to take the paper off the slice of cheese
I have dined at Panera Bread multiple times, and I always find myself ordering the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and the Tomato Soup. These two dishes are so delightful that I've never felt inclined to explore anything else on the menu.
This is the perfect spot to relax with your laptop, enjoy some coffee, and savor a bowl of soup. I always go for the tomato soup when I visit. Don't miss out on trying the chai tea latte – it's a must!
If you enjoy slightly upscale fast food and don’t mind spending a bit more, this place is a great option. The food and service were both quite good. Réservez une table maintenant
