I have used Rapid Pickup at this restaurant several times to order coffee, and no matter how early I place my order, I always end up waiting because it’s not ready when I arrive at the scheduled pickup time. Today, I scheduled my coffee for 1:20 PM, but I didn’t leave the store until 1:32 PM. I had to pack my own cups and sugar before being told that they were supposed to do that for me. No one offered assistance, and I had to ask about the coffee container I was supposed to receive. Because of the delay, I ended up being late for work, even though I tried to plan ahead to avoid issues like this. I recently visited this Panera Bread location to pick up dinner for my family. While waiting, the employee behind the counter was extremely loud and unprofessional, loudly discussing other workers and her plans to quit right next to my food. To make matters worse, her mask was worn improperly, sitting below her chin. I didn't see any management addressing the situation. When I got home, I realized my soup order was incorrect, despite an associate apparently checking my bag before I left. Next time, I'll drive farther to a different location. Very disappointing.
Just went into this location to get dinner for the family. While I was waiting for my food the girl who was behind the counter prepping food was so loud and unprofessional. I ordered to go ! So I didn’t realize until that night, after shower ,remote set up and ready to enjoy my pizza . Open the box and all I had was flatbread with cheese and tomatoes. No fresh mozzarella layered with basil ,no flavor. This is not the first time Panera bread messed with my 0rder. It’s like they are always leaving out ingredients. I ordered the new Chicken Tikka Masala Soup in a cup. Since I’m new to Indian cuisine, having a smaller portion was perfect to try it without wasting food or money. I was pleasantly surprised—this hearty soup with its wonderful blend of ingredients and spices has me eager to explore more Indian dishes! I also want to give a big thanks to Amber at DoorDash for placing my order quickly and accurately, which made my stay-at-home international food experience even better!
I accidentally placed my to-go order for the wrong location and went to my usual Panera in Parlin, where I discovered my mistake. Michael S. was incredible—he provided excellent customer service without giving me a hard time or any attitude about my error. He handled my order with a smile and was very friendly. Someone should definitely consider giving him a raise!

Ordered a rapid pick up order from the Parlin, NJ location. We found a PEN baked under our pizza, even melted. I did not even attempt to eat this pizza and forget giving it to my children. The store associate was very apologetic, but this is unacceptable. The box was “sealed” for freshness, so very disappointing.

Unless you’re looking for a sandwich that tastes like airport food, you might want to skip Panera Bread this time. I usually enjoy their menu, but this experience was seriously disappointing. Ended up wasting about $50—definitely not worth it.
My husband grabbed a fast dinner for our toddler, and this is the apple that came with his order. The receipt says Accuracy Matters... I guess not quality.
