I will write this after I leave. The steak and cheese sandwich is one of my favorite dishes to get at restaurants, but this one had way too much horseradish on it. While I don't mind horseradish in moderation, this was over the top. I couldn't even take two bites before I had to stop. This location disappoints me every time I decide to give them another try. Never once, when ordering delivery, has my order been even close to correct (mostly missing items, sometimes wrong items altogether). They never actually alert me when they arrive, so it's always cold.When I try to go in person, the lobby is closed despite the hours claiming that they are open.The food is portioned out sloppily and is genuinely an embarrassment. There was a time, many years ago, that I'd go here daily and loved it. It's just gone entirely downhill. Our experience at Panera Bread was quite disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when I approached the window to check on our order, I was told they had just started preparing it. After the lengthy wait, we received the wrong sandwich, which was carelessly placed loose in a paper bag without proper wrapping. The sandwich also came with the incorrect side dish and was missing some ingredients. To make matters worse, the French onion soup was empty, and another sandwich we received didn't match our order at all. It's truly frustrating to wait so long only to receive the wrong menu items, with only one being correct.

Placed an online order, was suppsoed to be ready at 1029. Its currently 1045, I walked in and asked after sitting in the pickup spot for 10min and theybwere just putting the order together. Absolutely unsatisfactory, dont put a time and not be prepared tomeet it. Only one thing required cooking everything else was pastries and drinks. My hot sandwich was cold and we asked for nowhip cream and it had whip cream. Also asked for napkins and untensils. Had to run back in to get them. Will never come to thislocation again!
As so many have stated, this location is going down fast. It used to be great service and good food. Crazy thing- I enjoy giving my business to people that are happy to be employed. That said, I ordered a Baja Bowl and was informed they were short on aningredient, but I was still charged for a full bowl. What? The young girl was so ungrateful to have a job, that I'm certain theydidn't make you apply for. She also did not apply my points to my acct.
The food is absolutely phenomenal. They are always fresh and are tasty. But I'm sure you can relate with me about the service. I waited for about 45 minutes and they still haven't started making my food yet. Me and my mom only got partial refund afterwaiting for another 15 minutes. They are also kind of unorganized and the food is basically their only redeeming quality.
1st last time to eat here. Rotten lettuce on my sandwich. I could have gotten really sick. The place felt unkept people behind counter were talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. Stood at pick up 15 min before anyone checked formy order. I wish I had read all the negative reviews 1st. Owner should be ashamed with these bad reviews

The food is fine same as any Panera anywhere but the service is trash. It always takes way too long, and they consistently screw something up in my order. I don't do special requests either just whats on the menu but I always get the wrong soup, or wrong sandwich, or a salad with no dressing.
Clean. And staff is nice. Service could be a bit faster. Other than that. Thanks
