I have a long list of problems with this location, I tried to solve them every time. they don't answer their phones. in short, avoid it.
Disappointed, I ordered the new thai chicken soup and salad. It looked like 2 different people made each salad. Very little lettuce in one. Very little chicken in both. As for the soup, I don't think mine had any chicken. Wife said hers had one piece. 27 dollars, no drinks. The other thing is that the online menu looks very different from the store menu. Anyway I will try it one more time. See if my experience improves. That said, the quality of the food for the money needs to improve greatly. We shall see.
I would give this place 10 stars! The owner was really nice. I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up, it was missing. Someone had stolen it from the shelf—some people can be so inconsiderate! I ordered at 11:30 and arrived around 12. When I asked about my order, the owner seemed disappointed and explained that theft had been an issue at the location. My order had been left on the shelf, but unfortunately, it was taken.
I came in, an hour before they were supposed to close. Every website stated that they closed at 9, and when I came in, the guy inside confirmed they were still open. They had already taken everything to the back thrown it away, and were claiming to be out of everything. This is extremely unprofessional. If you close at 8, put it on the website, or train your staff better. Réservez une table maintenant
I have been coming here for years. The food is fairly decent, but the service is abysmally slow. It takes forever to place an order and to pay. The crew moves at a snail’s pace and without a sense of purpose. Just have appropriate expectations, and you’ll have a positive experience.
Food is never available, the place is always cold in winter. They lie about being “out of” an item if they don’t want to make it. Probably one of the worst Panera’s out there. Would not recommend. Have visited this location at least 20 times. Similar experience on every one.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful when it came to drinks and food choices, and the manager was particularly rude and discriminatory. It's clear from previous reviews that others have experienced similar issues.
Seriously..what is the problem here? It was like this even before Covid and the staffing shortages. This place cannot get itself together and I am just done with giving it another try. I am too tired to even list all of the things that went wrong on our last visit. Réservez une table maintenant
