First of all, I am absolutely shocked to see the most recent 1 star review of this restaurant is almost a carbon copy of our night there. Food for our 3 children arrived cold ahead of any of us receiving our drinks despite tables around us who arrived later than us having received their drinks all couples may I add When our mains arrived, mine was incorrect We asked several times very politely for additional sides We asked for foccacia that when eventually arrived was incorrect we politely asked this error to be corrected the replacement never appeared we had to use our children’s cutlery to eat our food as we were not provided with new cutlery despite looking to request same 3 times we had...

I rarely give bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would. Shambolic, disgraceful staff and unfortunately an embarrassment to the resort. Simply do not go to this restaurant. Lovely setting draws people in but the staff and disgusting lady who called herself the manager do not care about their customers. We waited well over an hour for our food, it had clearly been forgotten as it was cold, children’s meals and adult pasta was cold and like plastic toy food but they forgot a main pizza which arrived not properly cooked when we’d all finished. Visited this evening family of 3. Got moved because we pushed a table together to accommodate our son. After 10/15 minutes we were Told to move. Got a table for 3 then but waited ages for someone to come over with menus and when they did they just threw 2 menus down on the table and took are order for drinks. In the mean time we saw 2 other tables of unsatisfied customers who were also told to move so they did, swiftly out of the door and a family of 4 waiting to be served with menus and drinks got up and walked out. We visited with 2 children 5 and 10. Ordered food and one hour later were still waiting. Complained to staff who claimed a ‘computer problem’ had lost our order. Our starter came after this but before we had even finished our main was dumped on the table with no apology that we weren’t ready. Asked to see the manager who brushed off our complaint but we said we would expect her to consider doing something to recognise the terrible service. Meal finished and the bill appears with no recognition of the problem.
