Apart from the menu, it is worth reading the signs on the wall. There, as vegan dishes, the pumpkin kernel rösti as well as a grey-penrisotto were available. My choice fell to the first and I was very enthusiastic. The vegetables, the side salad and the roast have tastefully harmonized extremely well! Can I recommend to everyone! After the serving I was pappsatt and happy Bloß a pity that there are no traditional alpine dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn or cheese spets in vegan variant.

There were two vegan options on the daymap. Tessiner Graupen Risotto with root vegetables and Red Beete chips, very tasty and serving abundant. Price was €12.90 and the other dish, pumpkin kernel roast with zucchini tomato ragout and salad set, there was for € 13.80. Réservez une table maintenant

There were three vegan main dishes, as well as a vegan cake to choose from. The prices are totally fair for the situation, we were really surprised. The view is a dream on the terrace or in the panoramic restaurant! Absolute recommendation

We timed our hike wrong so didn’t manage to have lunch but felt they deserve a mention for provoking vegan options including cake! Recommend hiking up the mountain, lunch then cable car down for a fab day out
