We stayed at the hotel and made a reservation for dinner. When making the reservation, we were told that they would not open the terrace as it was quite fresh. We wanted to have dinner outdoors and enjoy the stunning views, but it couldn't be. We were very well served and recommended by the waiter who served us. At the time of asking, we warned him that we didn't have much appetite so he suggested that we ask for a couple of dishes to share. The letter is quite small, but what we tried was rich. ham croquettes, creamy and very tasty. We thought it was good, but something dry. the site is recommended for attention and, above all, for the views (although we could not enjoy them).
We arrived at 8pm when the restaurant opened and left around 10. Only 3 tables filled on a busy Saturday night in Ronda. Only one waiter who was also the only receptionist, busboy, wine master, server the only other employee we ever saw. Ordered the two special appetizers Jamon Ibérica Bellota (maybe) and a cheese assortment with only one cheese. Only passable. I ordered the grilled beef entrecôte (highly recommended by the server) it looked great but was way undercooked and full of gristle. The waiter brought me a little grill so I could cook slices to my taste. All in all a very disappointing meal. Ambiance was not there. View was of the bullring only.
We went for a pre dinner drink. We sat for a good 10 minutes without any staff approaching us. Twice we asked a waiter if we could order a drink only to be told to wait for ‘my colleague’. In the end my husband went to the bar. At which point ’my colleague’ arrived. So I told him we were ordering at the bar. However my husband came back empty handed as the bar told him to take a seat and wait for ‘my colleague’. Another 10 minutes passed before we were eventually served. Amazing views spoilt by the inattentive staff and an inefficient service system.
Very enjoyable experience great food, we had the fried anchovies, steak, oxtail cannelloni with sides of truffle mash, mushrooms and grilled veg.Steak came with a hot stone you can make to your exact preference. Our waiter Dominic was excellent with his wine advice, giving us tastings for us to decide service was impeccable. Was our last night of a trip around Andalucia, great end to a memorable holiday.

we dine in the restaurant, on the terrace made fresh and at night sights few.... the very polite and professional staff. And what we ask, everything very rich. It's not... but it's worth it. I would come back without hesitation.
