What a disappointment I went with all the enthusiasm to taste the dishes of chef Domingo Dugarte, the winner of the best potato omelette in Madrid and I found some dishes of the highest quality and not to mention the terrible service, then I found out that already the excellent chef was no longer working at the place which indicates that all the quality was due to him
If you are going to be in the Plaza de Santiago apartments, and even though the elevators start at 8:00, there is no breakfast. It's funny, that's how it is. It would be ideal for breakfast if you stay there. A coffee if you can have it, which is appreciated (although they don't always open at 8 on the days when the sign says... Food: 3 Service: 5

I read a comment saying that they charge VAT separately, if this is true you can report the VAT for years since it has to be included. Always supposedly.
