This bagel shop in Garden City was just phenomenal I had to make sure they knew they deserved this 5-star rating all around. On a Saturday afternoon, my girlfriend and I were looking for a new top tier bagel spot in garden city after constantly eating campus food all week. After searching on tiktok, there were many videos and reviews pushing us to try this spot. Everything couldn't have gone any better; from the food to the EXCELLENT service. I visited Pantano’s Doz Bagels for coffee and was pleasantly surprised by their wide-ranging breakfast menu. I chose the Bananas, cacao nibs, and peanut butter smoothie (PB& Joe), which turned out to be a delightful and hearty option. The selection of breakfast items, including bagels, sandwiches, pancakes, and French toast, made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
I already knew the food at this restaurant was exceptional (especially the bagels), but I was truly impressed by how far they went to accommodate me. Nelson went above and beyond to assist me with a New Year's Day brunch. They clearly prioritize their customers, providing not just great food but also excellent service. I highly recommend this place.
These are hands down the best gluten-free bagels we've ever tasted! My daughter was so thrilled and impressed that we had to make a second trip just to stock up before returning to Virginia. The regular bagels are also outstanding. We will definitely visit this place every time we're in New York!
