I placed an order for small cheese wings at 3 PM, expecting delivery by 3:50 PM. Since I live on the third floor, I headed downstairs to wait in the lobby by 3:40 PM. However, by 4:10 PM—20 minutes past the expected delivery time and just 5 minutes away from the restaurant—I still hadn’t received my order. I decided to call and check on it. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, the representative returned to inform me that it would be at least another 30 minutes since they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back. I have been going to this Papa Gino's since I was in high school. It is always good food. The service is always friendly and very helpful to me. The last time I was in though I had to grab my own receipt from the printer though, it was kind of a weird experience. It was just weird because the angle that I tore it from over the counter, I could have clogged the machine. Anyways, it's nothing to lose points over. I still frequently eat here.
The food was good as always, the service was amazing ! The staff there Lindsay helped My family where I customized my salad, my boys sub along with a pizza. Everything came out perfect and delicious! One of the best Papa Gino's left the only time we have had a not so good pizza was tonight! The pizza seemed to be sitting for a while and not fresh. I waited in store about 15 minutes so I figured I would be getting a nice fresh pizza and that was not the case! Better luck next time! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
