I ordered a pizza that was burnt and nearly inedible. When I reached out to customer service, I felt like I was being given the runaround. I was promised compensation, but that never materialized. Despite repeatedly informing them that the credit they claimed had been added to my account wasn’t there, I ended up paying for two more mediocre pizzas while trying to fix the issue. In the end, they didn’t offer any real assistance. My expectations are usually quite low, but this experience was truly disappointing. Jeffrey Morin, the area manager, did not help at all. Save your money and go to Little Caesar’s instead.
I called early on Halloween to place my order and spoke with someone about it. Unfortunately, they got it wrong and said they couldn't make any adjustments because they had just received a large number of orders. Although I was the first to order, it felt like my request didn't matter, as other customers were prioritized over me.
The only Papa Gino’s that ACTUALLY PUTS SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND GRILLED MUSHROOMS IN ABUNDANCE ON what now is VERY EXPENSIVE PIZZA ? You should give extra points for buying each pizza to the customers rewards cardVegetarian options: Would like to see spinach added to any pizza if asked for it would be available….thanks
The only Papa Gino's that generously loads their pizzas with sweet Italian sausage and grilled mushrooms happens to be one of the more expensive locations. I think they should offer customers additional rewards points for every pizza purchased on their rewards cards!

The delivery service is really poor; they mess up your order every time. To make things worse, if you raise any concerns or complaints, they will refuse to deliver to you. It's quite unprofessional.
Papa Gino's offers the best pizza in Massachusetts. I strongly urge the management to return to their original style before it's too late.
The staff in Raynham is so nice and the food is always great!! My favorite papa gino's location. Keep up the good work!
