husband and I tried to use a loan for wrong order that was refunded. we were 20 minutes in the waiting period. I called back several times to talk to a manager because it is the only way to use the credits and was repeatedly suspended from the machine I think. I understand it's Friday and waiting times can be long, but that felt excessive. also please write corporate and change this terrible dialogue. when they try to stop people from waiting to order that it works.

Was charged and then told my order could not be completed. The sales rep tried to transfer me to a store and was unsuccessful. After calling back and speaking to another employee for over 10 minutes, their attempt to help resulted in my call being dropped and problem still not resolved. When I select the “speak to a manager” option, an incredibly obnoxious sales pitch is played. Will not be ordering here in the future.

I had the papa bowl and some cheese sticks. the most important thing I have always enjoyed at papa johns is its sauce. garlic butter, cheese, marinara, etc., they are all good! I moved towards low carb and tried the Papa Shot Concept. it is a pizza without a crust!

We order from here at least once a week. When we have a problem with an order it is taken care of. They have improved tremendously with the quality and speed over the past year. Keep up the good service , it is definitely noticed! :

my supplier had a big job. I wish I had his name, but you could say he was a smarter guy to keep my tipp. haven't you touched my food yet?
