VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!!I am not the type to write a review or complain but this experience was out of line. The manager is unprofessional at best. I ordered my food online and was sent an email confirming 35 min delivery. I was patient but after an hour I still hadn't received my delivery so I called in to see what was going on. The manager told me that he was going to call the delivery driver but did not because I did ask. At this time I was still on hold. I opened my box and my pizza was soggy and cold. Last night at 7:30pm, my party paid $65 for a meal that we were told would arrive in 30 minutes. However, it did not arrive until close to 10pm. When we tried to call the restaurant to inquire about the delay, no one answered. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, poorly prepared, and extremely disappointing. We contacted the manager, Tony, today to express our dissatisfaction and request a refund or credit, but were told that nothing could be done. It is disappointing to receive such poor service and subpar food after spending double the expected amount. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.
I recently visited this restaurant and the service was exceptional. At busy weekends, there may be a short wait to be attended to, but the staff is always friendly. The online ordering system is very efficient and accurate. The pizza is consistently delicious and the restaurant has a spacious layout, perfect for larger groups.
the pizza made me extremely sick, I ordered at 12 o'clock and since then I threw myself up. it was the only thing I had to eat today and his 18 o'clock and I still don't feel good. I should have known it wasn't good as the pizza looked. it was very doughy and seemed understated. the supplier was very sweet!
