I ordered from this restaurant a week ago, and after waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about my order. Despite receiving numerous excuses and being informed that the driver was almost ready, I ultimately requested a refund. I was informed that it would take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed. However, on the 8th working day, I still had not received the refund. When I followed up with the store, they claimed to have no knowledge of the order and said they would need to contact head office. I LOVE THIS PLACE. They dont attempt to make coffee lol. But at least they are honest about what they do. They make the best pizza. They listen. They care. The manager is the sweetest man, if something isnt right he puts it right. Lately found a gem called Aysha, hope she wont mind me mentioning her by name, she is a STAR. The manager is a STAR also. The flavours are great, the pizza is quick. They communicate. Whats not to like. If ever they slip up please give these people a chance, because they care enough to put things right. A couple of hours ago I ordered two pizzas and a side (cheesy wedges) for delivery. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order to be delivered and when i had it I realized they made a mistake with my side (they put me jalapeño bites instead). I called the store again and talked to the manager and what he said to me was: “keep that one and we will get it right the next time.” After asking for a refund they decided to send me my right order half an hour later and asked me to return the wrong order. No apologies or anything (just from the driver who was the only decent person I talked to). The sauce was wrong aswell but I couldn’t be bothered to complain again. Absolute disaster...I ordered a vegan pizza which I confirmed over the phone 3 times yet they sent a normal pizza and told me they don 't do vegan pizza and not even apologised other than ahhh sorry .. my little son could have been lactose intolerant and I wonder what they would have said then...never call this place.. managers name is Rahim and not sure how he got to be a manager not knowing what customer service actually mean..misunderstanding is one thing customer service is something else..you cannot be telling your customer what your policies are on the phone..that is your companies problem not customers..
papa john’s haringey is a really good load. eating is always delicious and comes in good condition. I recently had a problem with my claw discs not enough, so I contacted the load. I received excellent customer service from the managerin azeem! he immediately fixed the problem on my next order. azeem is very beautiful! he is very willing to help and is very polite I highly recommend ordering from this two-way. I am a regular customer!
The takeaway pizza I had from this restaurant was the worst pizza I have ever had. It had a tasteless base with very scarce toppings. I ended up throwing it away and I will never order from here again. The television advertisement claims that they guarantee to deliver another pizza for free if you do not like the first one, but what is the point of having two pizzas that you will just throw away?
We don't frequently eat pizza, but when we do, this is our preferred pizzeria for delivery. Their tomato sauce base is the best I've ever tasted. It's tempting to become a regular customer. Look out for special deals to make dining here more budget-friendly. The service is good, and the pizza is excellent. Réservez une table maintenant
