Forgot half my order. Lied to me saying he would go get it. 25 minutes later I called the restaurant and the phone operator lied to me saying the driver was already on his way, which he told me with attitude. Over 2 hours from the delivery time I called again to be immediately hung up on. How difficult is it to read the top two items on the order receipt? Seriously disappointed by the lack of customer service. I really despise franchise businesses now, they allow people to take the **** out of customers while being protected by a whole bunch of by-laws and website pages giving you the run around trying to avoid complaints and refunds. I ordered a pizza a week ago , but sadly their oven broke down so I had to cancel it due to waiting too long . I called papa johns and the member of staff was rude when I wanted to cancel and I could hear him tutting down the phone. I spoke to the manager LEANNE who sorted this issue straight away , she is very polite and hard working and wanted to resolve the issue very quickly, she has Great customer service skills. PAPPA JOHNS TAKE NOTE! Leanne is an amazing manager and you are lucky to have her ! It’s a shame you employ some rude staff . I am only giving an excellent review as this is what Leanne deserves , her work ethic is outstanding
Ordered at 17.55pm. App was updated after 1 hour 15 minutes to say that my pizzas had been delivered. When I phoned at 7.40pm to query why it hadn't been delivered yet I was told my pizza was on its way. Pizzas finally arrived at 8pm barely lukewarm. Why untruthfully update the app to say delivered? A simple I'm sorry we're running a bit behind would have been more understandable. I think the delivery driver is making many deliveries in one go hence the delay and cold food as we are only about 2 miles away from this Papa John's branch. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
First time I had a Papa Johns in years, and as usual, the pizza is really tasty unlike some other major chain brands. Was able to get a large pizza for a tenner as I collected in person rather than having it delivered. Would recommended the thin crust I enjoy this more than the standard crust. And unlike some other places, didn’t see a “card only” sign.

Friday 13th October 2023. Pizza arrived over 2hrs late, stone cold. We were told replacement pizzas would be sent, these didn't arrive. Head office not prepared to issue refund, Colman Road Norwich store not prepared to issue refund. Disgraceful customer service. Currently going through Resolver but hold little hope.
Shocking service, said delivery was made and it was not, when i called and chased was told was waiting for a driver, i asked for a refund and hung up, please for your own sanity dont let this establishment take your money, will be seeking legal advice, and make sure i get a full refund,
So ordered online at 5:05pm to be delivered for 6pm finally arrived at 6:45pm , the food was cold so put it in the oven then phoned store to complain , the girl was rude and just said well give you a free dessert on next order and hung up on me
Took order and payment at 6pm still waiting at 19:54 when rang was told they only then cooking it. Absolutely disgusting service defo won’t be using them again

Absolutely revolted by two long hairs found in the coating of the chicken poppers we ordered. One long brown and one long blond. Absolutely disgusting.
