absolutely terrible service. we ordered yesterday evening as a birthday contract for my son, after an hour waiting time we called to ask if everything was in order to say that they had not received our order. we had the proof of purchase, the money was taken from our account and we offered to send or even get into the load to show all this, but we say there was nothing they could do. they said we would have to contact the customer service for a refund (as we arrive at 3-5 working days) and if we wanted to eat our food, we would have to reorder and pay again. Ordered about a year ago and really wasn't impressed but we've given them another chance since they're under new management now and the pizzas have been great. The staff all seem really friendly and the pizzas have been really tasty. The only down side was that both of our recent orders took a bit longer than expected but they've called us to apologise.

nice service. I ordered a pizza with the app and went here to collect them. the service was fast and it was also a simple collection. the process from production to collection was shown in the app. in the load it won't wait.

It's literally a 50/50 whether your pizza will be good or not. I made a complaint after it got completely mulched and service has been pretty good since. Just order Domino's or Pizza Hut. Don't bother lol

around 15 minutes before closing time, as advertised on their window, doors were open, but they were said they were closed.
