This Papa John’s did not honor 2 for 1 bogo, they did not give me a pepperoni pizza but only cheese, and when I called to speak with the store, the person at the other end of the phone said if you ordered with Uber why don’t you complain to them. I asked for his name, and when he said why I said I have the right to ask for his name I don’t appreciate the way he’s speaking to me ! I d like to report him to a supervisor and he hung up on me. He hung up on me more than once and I am going to write to Papa John’s corporate. He was disgustingly rude and obnoxious. I will find out who he was and report him. Extremely unhygienic! In today's world, where health and cleanliness are paramount, this experience was very worrying. The cashier handled a customer's payment and then immediately began preparing the dough without washing her hands or wearing gloves. The next employee also used his phone before adding cheese to the dough, once again without gloves. It’s obvious that hygiene is not a priority here! Where is the health department when this happens? This kind of negligence is why people get sick. I left the store and informed them that I would be contacting their corporate office. I’m grateful I went inside; otherwise, my poor children could have been affected!
I’m a regular at Papa John’s, ordering at least once a week, but my last experience was disappointing. They forgot my drink and dipping sauce in my order. When I called to resolve the issue, the representative wrongly told me the deal I ordered no longer existed, even though I’ve been ordering the same deal through the app for months. The representative was very rude and kept blaming me for the mistake despite my explanations. He said a manager would call me back, but I never received a call.
I've never given a 1-star review before, but after my recent experience at this restaurant, I feel I must. I've been a regular customer for quite some time due to its convenient location near my home. However, when I went to order my usual pizza in person, the staff told me I needed to place my order online. Frustrated, I left right away and decided to write this review from my car. I won't be coming back to this restaurant again.

I usually order from here almost every week, especially for pizza. But after this experience, I won’t be ordering again. I ordered wings but received nuggets instead. When I reached out about the mistake, they had no intention of offering a credit, refund, or any kind of apology. Very disappointing customer service. I spent $31 on a medium stuffed crust pizza with just three thinly scattered toppings, which was delivered on September 14, 2022. I immediately reached out via the 800 number and also sent an email, but I have yet to receive any response or effort to address the issue.
If it were possible, I would give this restaurant zero stars. The service at the Hicksville location is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Their communication and order accuracy need serious improvement. I feel sorry for the delivery driver.
