80% of the time the pizzas arrive correct, hot and tasting good, sometimes they come just worse, like the wrong ingredients are used, and at the time of ordering I received the entirely wrong order, usually calling up has pleasant results, getting a free side on next order or something, but this time I have rung the branch 18 times without an answer, each call automatically ends after 2 minutes, 40 minutes have been wasted trying to get the food that I actually ordered, and I still haven't had a response.
I only gave this restaurant a 1-star rating because it was the minimum option available. I ordered 2 pizzas on a buy one get one free deal, but only received 1 pizza. I wouldn't have spent over £25 on 1 pizza if I knew I would only be getting 1. It feels like a scam! Beware of this restaurant. The manager was incredibly rude, making me question the integrity of this company. The single pizza that did arrive was cold and of poor quality. I would recommend avoiding this disgraceful establishment.
I ordered a pizza for a 11.00 pm time slot ..10 ..15 mins late seems to be normal practice with you guys , Pizza was hot on delivery this time , but your delivery driver ..wow she didnt leave her name on box like other drivers do for feedback..i understand why hmm..wont be ordering from Papa Johns again..disgusted..duke street in future.!!
Placed an order online to collect. I got to the store around 30 mins after I 'd placed the order and was told it 'll be 10 minutes. Thought great, I can deal with that. Sat and waited for a total of an hour for my pizza and the best they could muster up was sorry for the wait . Is that it?

Ordered two large pizzas with cookie they forgot to put one pizza in so by time it was cooked rest of order was cold so got them to re do order after me and my family ate pizzas we all felt ill for next couple of days Papa johns is usually good but this place I'll never ever use again
After waiting for over 2 hours, the food arrived completely cold. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered the phone. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again. Absolutely dreadful.
Ordered pizza online at around 8pm which was paid for in advance by card. The pizzas never arrived. Attempted calling store but the phone just rang out.
Avoid at all costs disgusting burnt, dry pizza and to top it off they duplicated my order and charged me twice still trying to get my refund!! Vile
