Would be good to be notified when food is on the way, which didn't happen here and then showing it had been delivered with no food! This was surprising and a phone call to the restaurant was partially reassuring as they said it was on the way and be here in 10-15 mins, it only took an extra 5 mins. The side (tots) were OK, a good size and cheese and ham flavour was good, a few of them though did have black spots of bad potato and these were avoided. The pizza was hot and tasty.
I ordered a pizza and 2 sides and over 1 hour later the order still was not on the way. I called the store and they were disgustingly rude and said they do not care and that the driver will leave after 10 minutes. After waiting for over an hour and half it still didn't come. When it came after 2 hours it was freezing cold! Avoid this papa johns at all cost and the staff/ lady on the phone should be fired
I recently ordered delivery and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the pizza and the efficiency of their delivery service. Firstly, the pizza itself was fantastic. Despite being delivered, it arrived piping hot and fresh, with all the toppings perfectly intact. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the cheese was beautifully melted.
This store used to give you massive crusts as a cost cutting technique. They have stopped doing this, however, you may want to take a magnifying glass with you if you want to see the toppings!! They have got rid of the short female manager that was miserable and rude. Close the store, brings the brand down Réservez une table maintenant
We found mould in the base of the pizza. I called the Oadby Papa Johns, they said they'd call me back. They haven't bothered calling me, so I'll be in touch with Leicestershire Food and Hygiene.
He was 10 mins early which i normally wouldn't mind but he sat outside for those 10 mins with no reason! The brownies had a weird taste so won't order them again.
Shocking this was my go to pizza place now as a gud friend of mine say hell no. They are so rude and food was cold. Never go there again every
