Good afternoon, I ordered pizza for a 97-year-old woman who wanted some. She is unable to walk, so we requested that the delivery person bring the pizza to the second floor. Instead of a warm greeting, the delivery employee rudely told us not to order pizza to that address anymore and that he wouldn't deliver it. Is it really unacceptable for a nursing home to order pizza? Are elderly people not allowed to enjoy hot pizza? What kind of service is this? I ordered two pizzas using the Papa johns app. The digital experience was good and my order was ready at the said time. Smooth pickup and service was good. I am giving it overall 2 stars for food. There’s a reason why people don’t like Papa johns. The pizza is Doughyyyy, no crisp crust, no salt. The garlic sauce is bland. I don’t think I’ll ever try again. :
The service at Papa John’s Pizza is very disappointing. The delivery staff appear inexperienced and lack proper knowledge on how to deliver food correctly.
I enjoyed my experience overall, but there was one problem: my order was incorrect, and I received a spicy pizza instead of what I wanted.
