Worst customer service ever. Unbelievable. I never got my pizza because they took it to a different address. The delivery person never gave me a call. He send me a text message with a picture of my pizza on the ground, at a different address. When I calledthe pizzeria they told me that they did not have the driver information even I didn?t order online. I did call the pizzeriadirectly to place my order. The delivery person never answered my message. He never pick up the phone either. The guy theanswered the phone had a very bad attitude, when I was taking to him in a very calm and nice way. I will never order from thepapa Johns pizza on MacArthur road again.

The best pizza in the area for a long time! The delivery was followed and faster than expected. The only problem was the filling of the delivery address on the website; it always changed what I wrote, and gps showed a different area than we in. I called the store to inform them about the actual location and it was corrected. But the website must accept the address as it is written, and location service needs corrections. The big pizza made it worth it!!

Wish there was still a PJs in Bethlehem! I especially love the Alfredo sauce pizza. This store is also very quick. :

Staff was really friendly. Showed up early and they even ran the order out to the car. Great deal for pick up 9.99!
