I had the worst customer service experience ever at Papa John's on MacArthur Road. It's unbelievable. My pizza never arrived because it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of calling me, the delivery person sent a text with a picture showing my pizza left on the ground at a different location. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed not to have any information about the driver, even though I placed my order by phone—not online. The delivery driver ignored all my calls and messages. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with at Papa John's had a very poor attitude, despite my polite and calm approach. I recently had the best pizza in the area that I've had in quite a while! The delivery was prompt and faster than I expected. The only issue I faced was with entering my delivery address on the website; it kept changing what I typed, and the GPS indicated a different area than our actual location. I called the store to clarify, and they were able to correct it. However, the website really needs to accept addresses as entered, and the location service could use some improvements. Nevertheless, the large pizza was absolutely worth it!
I usually really enjoy Papa John's, but on my last order, there was a mix-up. How do you end up placing pineapple under the cheese on one half of a pepperoni pizza? The original order was a small pie with half pepperoni and half pineapple from their menu. It shouldn’t have been that complicated. My son wasn’t happy having to pick pineapple chunks out from under his cheese and pepperoni. I found it a bit funny, but he definitely didn’t. Other than that, the pizza at Papa John’s has always been excellent.
The staff was very friendly. I arrived early, and they even delivered my order right to my car. The pickup deal was fantastic at only $9.99!

I really wish there was still a PJs in Bethlehem! I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce pizza. This location is also very fast with service.
