This is the complaint I have sent to the Head Office We ordered a collection,arrived at the time detailed and told that they hadn 't even started cooking the order, it would be another 15 minutes! I spoke to my wife in the car decided to wait and re-entered the shop and stood waiting, another person entered for a collection and was told the same thing, she left and returned some 15 mins later and was served, I was still waiting and ignored completely, the server told the manager I was not happy she ignored me. We ordered a family meal back in October and it arrived after 2 hours and several phone calls to ask where it is as the app showed it had been delivered. When it arrived it was stone cold and totally inedible. I called up immediately and was told I could have a replacment or a credit. I opted for a credit as didnt want to wait 2 hours further. I was told not a problem and they would eecord my details on the systen. Having called up to redeem this evening I was told no details were stored and that the new mananger Ben wasnt responsible for any of the dealings before as he's only been there for 30 days. Total ripped off and the smugness of Ben was incredible. Avoid like the plague.
So ordered the hotdog pizza and potato wedges with bacon and cheese!!! Well what can i say that it was dreadful the pizza was burnt and cold! The potatoes were hard and if You call that cheese and bacon well I’d like to know why I payed so much there was hardly any cheese and the amount There was on there was burnt, no bacon either!! The pizza tasted burnt and had horrible Taste so if I’m ill tomorrow then I know who I will be calling managed to eat 2 slices as felt ill if I eaten more which to be fair I couldn’t! I spent £16 on meal when I should of gone to Sainsbury’s and had a better pizza at home for less!! Not happy do not recommend Papa johns at all!!!
Ordered my pizza and starter at 21:41, turned up at 22:50. Ordered a half and half but one quarter of the pizza was empty ?! both were barely warm let alone hot. Really dissatisfied and disappointed but to be honest at this hour I really can’t be bothered to ring the store and go through it all. With plenty of local competition now I guess I’ll just try somewhere else next time.

My family and I decided to switch things up from our usual Domino's order and try Papa John's. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and hot the pizzas were. However, the delivery times have been a bit inconsistent, with waits of up to an hour despite being close by. Despite this, we will continue to order from Papa John's in hopes that this issue gets resolved.
If you enjoy eating cold pizza, then PJ's Worcester is the perfect place for you. I ordered a pizza and it took a long time to arrive, only to find out that it was cold. I called PJ's and they said they would make me another one. I waited over half an hour for the replacement pizza, but it arrived cold as well. I would not recommend bothering with this place.
So after three incorrect deliveries and several phone calls my “large” Hawaiian pizza finally arrived (cold of course). The very clever store staff had given me a small Hawaiian pizza in a large box, and charged me for a large. Great one team, well done! Do not order from here unless you want to wait hours for your cold, incorrect food.
Thank you Jack for excellent customer service. You helped me chose the most cost effective rage of pizza’s, but we were all able to eat our preferred toppings. The pizzas were full of yummy toppings, I didn’t feel as though they had skimped on the toppings. We will definitely be back again

I’ve never had Papa Johns before and will never have it again. I ordered BBQ sauce base but got tomato. The pizza was dry and not much topping on it. As for the dipping sauce it was just like melted butter. Absolutely rubbish definitely avoid.
I recently ordered a large pizza from Papa John's and was not satisfied with the experience. The amount of toppings on the pizza was minimal, and I felt that it was not worth the money I spent.
