Terrible customer service. My experience was really disappointing. I felt disrespected, and to make matters worse, I received a pizza that appeared to be salvaged from the trash—it was burnt. The salesperson was dishonest with me. I will never order from this restaurant again. Uber tried to help me; they communicated with the restaurant and suggested that I pick up my order. When I called the store, the employee told me that my pizza had already been made. Despite having canceled my order due to an incorrect address and calling immediately to notify them, I was told I would have to pay again. Today my first time tried Papa John's and I wasn't disappointed! I usually go to Dominos, but I'm happy to support Papa John's because it's local, it's closer to my home, and the price is the same as Dominos. I'd rather pull Papa John's over Domino's now because Papa John's still offers anchovies and the tomato sauce is sweeter than Dominos. I also have some extras I did not ask ; thank you!

Papa John?s is one of my favorite American pizza franchises and, this location lives up to the expectations. It was the first one to open near home so, we have ordered takeout and delivery many times now and, it?s always been a good experience with the food and the service. They usually carry specialty menu items that sometimes are not available at other locations so, that?s a plus!

Hot, fresh, cheesy and yummy! That sums up the pizza experience at Papa John's for me. Square cut to perfection the extra large chicken pizza that we ordered was so good that it makes you want for more. Surely one of top pizza places in the city! Réservez une table maintenant

I observed that there were cockroaches on the floor, walls, and window when I was waiting on my pizza from this place. I would hope something would be done about this so there would be peace of mind when ordering from this place.

One of the best Papa John's in this area! The staff smiles, very clean, the service is fast. People have to go here because food is amazing. Very recommended!
