Extremely disappointed with my delivery order and service: Delivery time stated at time of ordering 37-47 minutes. Placed an online order at 9:13pm Out of oven per their delivery tracker at 9:35 Finally left the store 10:02 Arrived at the Sleep Inn 10:43 That’s a long 37-47 minutes Order was bearly luck warm they are lucky they would not answer their phone when I called I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow this is not customer service I’m sorry if I am paying $45.49 for bread sticks and a pizza I expect service not being put on the back burner since I’m in a local motel and I want my food hot not Luke warm after riding around in a car for 41 minutes. Delivery driver when I voiced my complaint to him “oh that happens sometimes man” not even an apology.
It's fast food. Somedays it's good and others it's terrible. This 1 star is for the false advertisement. 1st they take an XL pizza and dump a bag of pepperoni on it and call it the Shaq pizza. Now they've taken the XL pizza and renamed it the NY style. There isn't ONE thing NY about this pizza. They can't even cut the darn thing in even proportions. The pizza was NOT foldable and it was bland. Stop changing the name of the XL pep and work on training your cooks. Papa Johns COULD be great. This ain't it.
all her pizza is fantastic! they can track their pizza and know exactly when it comes, and when it does, it is always timely, hot and tasty! it is worth every penny. good, high quality food! there is no other pizza place around this area that can compare in quality! you are paprika, speck, ham, paprika and swirl. the other is Xtra cheese and mushroom
papa! john is a pizza shop... it is not where they think to go into a place and order. no, what a shame! now it if u make.a.call.or order online they have delivered or call them for a pickup. somehow her pizza sauce is good and my favorites it is the paccini and butter sauce or the cheesy sauce with the pizza. love papa
