I'm not sure what happened during my recent visit, but it was quite disappointing. I've been here several times before with better experiences. This time, I ordered three pizzas, and one of them, the Shaq-o-roni, was burnt to a crisp. Another pizza had undercooked, overly stretchy dough. To make matters worse, one slice of the third pizza had a fly baked into the cheese. While Papa John's is known for quality ingredients, the fly definitely wasn’t part of that! Very disappointing overall. I also took pictures to document the issues.
