I always order from this Papa John's location. The food is always good. I went to pick up an order about a month ago and was treated with great customer service. Fast forward to today, I placed a delivery order online. It was delivered on time. My issue was that the delivery driver called and advised me that he was out front (I live in an apartment building that is literally right up the street) I told him okay. I asked him if he could deliver to my apartment. He said that he is not allowed to. I can't walk right now. That's why I asked. I had to find someone to get my order for me. I called the store and was barely paid attention to. I was not listened to properly. I got a half a apology an...
I paid for delivery and was informed that the driver had arrived, but no one answered the phone. When I called to ask about my order, I confirmed that they had indeed called my number. They said they would send my order back out, so I waited outside, but no one showed up. I called again to request a refund, and I was told that it would be processed to my card by the morning. However, I still haven't received it. The manager was rude throughout the process. I usually don’t bother writing reviews, but this situation is frustrating because it feels like my money is being mishandled.
First time ordering from this place. I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza. I think they used Mayo as the sauce. It was gross. $35 for a pizza and a 2 liter. I could only eat 1 piece and through the rest in the garbage. The cheese was weird too. Like it wasn't real. Idk. Probably won't order from here again. 1 and done for me. The delivery guy was courteous and the delivery time was good. The food is just not good
This was my go to for pizza. Nice people and always had my food hot and ready. Today when i take a bite into my papadia…out comes some hair and looks to be of a woman…grossed me out…not happy at all…I threw the rest in the trash

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but when it arrived, I received a cheese pizza instead. The delivery driver reached out to the restaurant, but they didn't seem to care about fixing the issue.
Best pizza I’ve had in forever. I could just be another basic American but if I am I do not care. Buy this pizza right now
Service from store manager wasn't satisfactory. She was apparently prejudice. I will be calling corporate Office.
