I ordered a $50 order it was sent by Doordash, doordash driver called to ask the address papa John's gave them the wrong address . Spoke to papa John requested the food and refund for the inconvenience and the manager said absolutely not they would either deliver or cancel they didn't even offer a discount .

went into the load and said “his good evening” and he said: “no service, if you don’t say hello and smile” immediately after that another customer asked about what they wanted and he said “ok”.

to place an order, it is easy, but if they are screwed on their order, they will never answer the phone. the first time it was okay, but the second time. I will no longer order from them!
