That’s not all. Considering that COVID is still a concern, I noticed that the pizza box wasn’t sealed with a sticker to indicate it hadn’t been tampered with after baking. This made me hesitant to touch it. I called the store to get the order corrected, as I had done with previous restaurants in BC. Their policy was to remake and replace incorrect orders, often by taking back the incorrect pizza or providing it for free. However, the response I received was disappointing. I was told, "Sorry, but if you order from us again, call the store next time and we will make it the way you want it." I ordered through the Papa John’s app and received two alerts indicating my food was on its way. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I had to call the store twice to inquire about my order. The woman who answered was rude and impatient, telling me I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the driver had issues with his debit machine (Apple Pay) and was clearly frustrated. I tried multiple cards, but they were all declined due to poor connection. The driver became impatient with me when my hotspot wouldn’t work and insisted I connect him to my home Wi-Fi. He even asked me to accompany him up the road for "better connection." At that point, I regretted not...
Riverview location: Pizza was great. Wings were delivered completely burned, dried out, and inedible. I ordered 16, and they loaded the box with a heap of over 20 burned wings with a slather of bbq sauce in an attempt to cover them up. I?ve never seensuch disgusting wings in my life. Called and spoke to the supervisor, who made no effort to improve the quality of their food.Basically discouraged me from ordering them, by telling me even he doesn?t order the wings from there, because that?s just theway they are. So disappointing! What kind of employee thought these looked appetizing?! Was given a ?quality guarantee credit?towards a pizza on my next order. Don?t order their wings.
I’m sharing this review right after wiping Buffalo sauce off my face and grabbing my phone. Tonight, we ordered wings and stuffed crust pizza, arriving around 9:45 PM, not realizing they closed at 10:00. They kindly stayed open a bit longer to prepare our meal and took outstanding care of us despite the late order. That was the best pizza I've ever had! I’ve found my new favorite pizza place. It was amazing, and I’m really grateful to the gentleman who made our meal and kept the restaurant open a little longer for us. I can't recommend this place highly enough—definitely 6+ stars! They kindly stayed open a bit later to prepare our meal and provided outstanding service despite our late order. That was honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve found my new favorite pizza place! Huge thanks to the gentleman who accommodated us by keeping the kitchen open a little longer. I can’t recommend this place enough. It deserves 6+ stars!
Would be a 5 star review but I have 2 issues one the huge pothole at the entrance of their parking loot. And 2nd when you order online and get there pizza and garlic finger cheese sticks deal there 's no way to add bacon to the purchase. Unless you order the pizza and glaric fingers separately and not ad a combo deal and which ends up costing an extra 15 dollars before taxes. But other than that amazing service and pizza.
The pizza I received was not what I ordered, and it took 40 minutes for delivery, only to arrive cold! Five years ago, this place was fantastic, but now the prices are high and the quality has declined. I'm really disappointed because I didn't get what I ordered. The quality is very poor, and I won't be ordering again. I’d rather buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store!
