We were eager to try the Epic Calzone Stuffed Crust Pizza because it looked amazing in the advertisement, but what we received was nothing like what was promised. The crust was undercooked and far too doughy. It seemed as if the person who prepared it didn’t take the time to cut the salami properly; they simply placed half-rounds of salami on top, which was quite frustrating. I ordered a pizza an hour and a half in advance to make sure it would arrive on time for lunch. Unfortunately, the order status didn’t change, so I called the restaurant and was informed they were waiting for the driver. Another thirty minutes went by, and the status still indicated that the pizza was being prepared. I tried to call three times, but each time I was disconnected. Now, on my fourth call, I've been on hold for over ten minutes. The pizzeria is less than a ten-minute drive away.
I requested a refund for the $5 delivery fee and the $9 tip that was automatically added for delivery. They informed me that they could refund the $5, but not the $9 tip. As a result, I ended up paying $9 just for the privilege of picking up my own pizza! I will definitely not be doing business with this company again. If I could give them negative stars, I would—definitely -5 stars on a 5-star scale.

The restaurant is always bustling, but the pizzas are consistently fresh and served quickly. Donovan stands out; he is incredibly patient and truly committed to making sure you get exactly what you desire. It’s a fantastic spot where the staff takes the time to customize your pizza with your favorite toppings. It has a warm, family-owned vibe since the same staff members are always present.
Jessica was fantastic! In a place like Doral, where good customer service can be hard to come by, she really stood out. We just welcomed our baby, and she noticed my husband's NICU band and took the time to congratulate him. We really appreciate her kindness! As for the food—wow, it was absolutely incredible! Chef's kiss!
This will be my third and final order from Papa John's! Each time I've ordered a regular pizza, I've ended up with a flat, small pizza—this has happened three times in a row. It feels like they either don’t pay attention to the orders or simply don’t care!
I ordered through the app, and after completing my payment, it indicated a wait time of 90 minutes. I believe this feature could be enhanced so that users can view the estimated wait time before confirming their orders.
