I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza E T A. After waiting 38 minutes for my pizza, it ended up taking a total of 1.5 hours to arrive. When I called the Papa John's location for an update, I was given inaccurate information about the delivery time and dealt with rude staff—one even hung up on me. When the driver finally showed up, he seemed dazed and reeked of marijuana. This is certainly not someone I feel comfortable having driving through neighborhoods, especially with children around.
I absolutely love the Mayfield Papa John's! The wait staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the food is always delicious and served hot, whether I choose to pick it up or have it delivered. It's our favorite place for Friday night dinners!

Fantastic pizza! I believe it's the best pizza from a chain restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, and the place is always clean.

You need to change the sauce to sweet needs some spice in it not a lover of your pizza dominos is much better
The pizza had a chewy texture, and despite my request for extra sauce, it was not included.
I was served the wrong pizza, and now I've been waiting over an hour for the correct one.
