Pizza: favourite pizzas are just a personal preference. My assessment is based entirely on my personal preference. What I like is how they always seem to use very fresh ingredients. The cheese for me tastes like no other. The crust is a thick puffy crust, so if you are looking for thin and crispy, this will not be your place of interest. Prices are very good, especially if you use one of their coupons (they have them almost every day). This store: This store is average for a delivery only pizza shop. They have two bathrooms (one for women and one for men). Luckily they have a bank that seats 2 if you are lucky 3 people only when you show up early. You can easily see behind the counter where...
Will somebody from corporate do a test on this location. The manager is the worst. She never looks you in my face. She says it will be out in a few minutes instead of just saying ? I just put it in and give an honest time frame. I walked in to pick up apizza on multiple occasions and she doesn?t start it until I arrive. I watch her make the pizza. This is probably the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter and got nothing I paid for! Pizza was wrong and charged me extra for toppings I never got, and never got the two liter I bought. Bestpart is I called in talked to the ?MANAGER? supposedly, who told me he could NOT REFUND ME, OR?? guarantee me a time the orderwould be completed. Refused refund!! The woman working there is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She rolls her eyes at you and sighs loudly. The customer service doesn't even deserve one star. Papa John's needs to figure out what needs to be done at that store. It's absolutely a nightmare to deal withher. I asked her politely to be nice and she yelled at me saying that she was being nice and told me GOOD BYE! Don't comeback! ITS RIDICULOUS! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT ANYWHERE!
