Papa Johns Pizza

An order was placed for 2 stuffed crust pizzas, the store says they heard that we wanted one stuffed, one pan tossed, and insist they are correct in selling us that. They stated they repeated the order, however if that was true the error would have been caught. When we called to ask about the order, The manager, Justin hall or hale, had an attitude toward myself and my son, and was not attempting to correct the issue. Our family are regulars with this location but due to his attitude and this experience we will no longer order from any papa John’s affiliated with this franchise.

First off the order was wrong, when I add extra cheese , I might as well add no cheese. Pizza is spotty and not worth the value. Wings were ok. Customer service is always good. Pizzas just aren't to expectations. I've tried several times with extra cheese and I always feel it gets worse and worse everytime..

I can’t get enough of PapaJohns! The best part is they actually taste the same anywhere I go in the USA

My pizza is always hot. I'm never disappointed with Papa John's. This situation is absolutely amazing.
