I got the new ny style pizza, which came out exactly the same as their normal pizza, they probably are supposed to spread the crust thinner or use less but essentially they gave me a large pizza with no difference than their normal pizza. There was also a generous amount of crust around the edges. I think this is just a technical failure from papa johns, it?s not ny style thin crust. It also wasn?t very crispy and cheese was meh. I want to be fair so I?m giving three stars because I?m sure someone likes this but it did not live up to the advertised pizza to me.
This was my first time at Papa John's, and I left disappointed. The staff member handling my order wasn’t wearing gloves, which was worrying. I ordered a steak pizza, but it was mostly bare—very little steak or toppings, just a piece of bread with some cheese. For $10, I had expected a lot more. The portions were very small, with only minimal ingredients. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience.

Asked for contactless delivery at the hotel I was staying in because I was concerned I had COVID and couldn?t get to a testing center until the following day. Driver arrived, called and asked me to come to the lobby. I explained why I was trying to avoid contact. He still insisted I come down as I was coughing, sweating with chills.

The pizza was pretty pricey, and to be honest, it didn’t taste all that good. I could have gotten a similar quality pizza from Little Caesars for much less, and I’d even say Domino’s is a better choice.
Worse location ever. I order a supreme and they skimped me on every toping including cheese. Never eat at this location go anywhere else trust me. I never had this problem at any locations before.
Over priced pizza and not that good either I could get the same quality pizza from little Caesar?s for way cheaper even dominoes is better
