When I called to check on my order, they told me it would be here in 10 minutes, as they had two deliveries. However, the app indicated that my pizza had been delivered. I called again, and they claimed they had knocked on the door and called, but since we were staying at a hotel, they couldn't go past the front desk, and no one ever came. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I requested to cancel my order. The customer service was terrible, and they offered no apologies. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. We paid fifty dollars for two small, unsatisfactory pizzas. We ordered two heart-shaped pizzas, each costing $25, but they were only the size of personal pizzas. Other places like Slowrise, Little Caesars, Morosos, and Marcos provide about four times the amount of pizza for a better price. Both pizzas had burned crusts, and the toppings were unappealing. I've never experienced such a poor pizza or felt that I paid so much for so little. It genuinely feels like Papa John's took advantage of us and engaged in price gouging. My family has decided we will never order from Papa John's again. This was a terrible experience that I won't soon forget.
This particular papa johns is run by a bunch of wild kids... The few times I've been in I was shocked by how rambunctious the workers were. Once two of the counter workers were rolling around on the ground tustling, with flour all on their clothes; they did stop after a moment when they took notice to me waiting there to speak with someone. I honestly wouldnt trust that bunch to be courteous, make the food properly, or most of all be clean. Note I'm a 22 year old guy, not some older karen type of person. They were this bad for me to feel the need to warn people lol

I've never had a worse pizza or paid that much. Papa Johns took advantage of us and price gouged us. My family will never order Papa Johns from any location for the rest of our lives. This was a horrible experience that I will never forget.

I recently dined at Papa John's in Hewitt and had an outstanding experience. The service was quick and welcoming, and the pizza truly impressed me. I never received my order, and when I called the store, the manager didn't apologize for the hour I had to wait. Instead, I was told that my money would be refunded to my card. I will never do business with Papa John's in Hewitt again. Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5

Order was not what I ordered. The garlic sauce was busted and pretty much soaked the whole pizza. Awful service. Management needs to get this location fixed
