I received the wrong item with my order. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver would come to exchange the incorrect item. However, when the driver arrived, he didn't have the missing item and still took away the wrong one. I called the store again and was told it was my responsibility to keep it. The service and quality were exceptional, especially during my overnight shifts at Mather Memorial Northwell Health Jefferson. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and it was incredibly delicious. It seems like Papa John must own this specific location, as the person behind the counter is incredibly dedicated and is always on duty! He's a genuinely nice guy who makes excellent pizza and provides exceptional service all around. I waited 40 minutes for my order, even though the app indicated it would only take 14-24 minutes. When I received my food, the box was crushed, as if someone had sat on it. My favorite pizza for movie night is the Mount Sinai Papa. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they even remembered my regular order! The pizza is always cooked to perfection, exactly the same every time. I've never had a complaint at this location.
