I ordered wings and cheese sticks via mobile app when I was completing the order it asked did I want to add bacon for extra. I selected yes. The picture had the bacon covered on the cheesesticks. When I came to pick up the order the lady behind the counter looked at me then turned and started putting stickers on the boxes. Once I stood and waited for her to complete this task that apparently took priority over greeting and assisting a customer, she turned and asked what I wanted. I recently ordered lunch to take away, and I have to say the food was outstanding, deserving a perfect score of 5. The flavors were wonderful, and everything tasted fresh and was well-prepared. The service was also impressive, earning a solid 4; the staff was friendly and efficient, although there was a slight wait during the busy hours. The food is always good but the customer service is bad, unprofessional and unkind. I walked in happy, smiling and greeting people and they looked at me like I was the problem. Then it’s a lady with freckles on her face that looks like the manager, was the unprofessional one. I said hello, how are you doing? She responded what’s your name for your order. I recently ordered from this restaurant and was quite disappointed. The food was below average, earning a rating of just 1 out of 5. The delivery service was also lacking, with a similar rating. If you do decide to order from here, I would suggest going for the Pepperoni Pizza, as it was the only dish that stood out, albeit not by much. Overall, my experience was underwhelming.
Dietary restrictions: Too much tomato sauce! I couldn’t enjoy the parmigian pepperoni pizza. It arrived late , lukewarm and it was so much sauce it was falling everywhere, it was bitter and nasty.
