Papa John's Pizza - Réservation de table

Food is normally pretty good one of my favorite places especially when pregnant but today the service was horrible. The GM was snotty and rude for no reason. Very combative I asked not to speak to me after she told me to wait outside for my order when there were seats in the establishment. Very racist individual. Threatening to call the cops when she was the one picking an altercation with me. Typically Karen starting the issue and then playing victim. I'm pregnant and had my 4 youngest kids out of 8 in the truck just wanting to give my kids an after school snack

This, unbelievably, is the 2nd time I 've been delivered a cool ranch doritos chicken papadia that was missing the chicken, sauce and onions. And the extra dips I ordered. It 's happened at 2 different locations now so 'm wondering what 's up. Does somebody have a Vendetta? Notations in the account info? At this point, I 've had not 1 single G^⁶⁵ delivery order through papa johns/grubhub go right and also be on time. I crazy love the CRDoritos papadias, but I think I need to break up with both grubhub and papa johns. Damn

Placed an order for delivery online. Called awhile later as we still didn't have our food. Turns out the online system was down. No big deal except the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and short with my husband and didn't even offer to place a new order for us. 10/10 do not recommend this branch of papa johns.

Sometimes my order is messed up . We haven’t ordered in months . So who ever is management now did an amazing job ! Tyler the manager and cater the delivery guy went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and that we were satisfied . Thank you so much for your teams hard work ! the kidde who took my order was hella rude then I wait there for my order, which was still in the many, owww wait, it is on the rain cold and my papadia, should have been parmesan crusty and was not! the boy didn't even make my order right!

super chill team. for a NY-style cheese and there was a mishap with the pizza (not her fault) they made me a new one and gave me a dessert for my effort. manager is super, and always time, I go there the team is great.

I was almost happy. My meal was actually delivered on time and actually had meat. Unfortunately, it was missing 2 sauces I had paid for
