Papa John's Pizza

So I ordered from a customer line service which was the worst service I ever had. He had to put me through to the store, Matt came on the phone, and I explained the whole situation with the guy on the phone how I wanted to customize a pizza but they gave me limitation. He then fixed everything that needed to be and customized the pizza how I wanted. I got to the store quick service and another guy not Matt answered at the doorbell he gave me the food and made sure my customization was correct before handing me my food. I got home it was literally the best pizza I ever had. I could go back and back and back. But how do I get through to the store instead of some foreign language guy that has never worked in a kitchen before in his life. These people are turning us away. If he got angry and hung up I would have never of had the best food and best service ever. Thank god he paged me through to the store. They got a tip for pickup and it was worth every penny. Thank you Matt and whoever handed me the food. Best I ever had.

I had a review up earlier and took it down because of some issues not going into that. But I am putting up this new review. Brendan called me to get to the bottom of it all. Well he did and took care of that said issue and I am glad to see a company and employee trying to make the company successfull. The way it should be the economy is down people are having a hard time. So again thank you papa John's and Brendan jog well done. And for the motor mouth that caused this glad your not fired and hope you figured out that no matter the job to always be happy and be proud you could be homeless.

I wrote before that the Stuffed Crust on their pizza were too big. Had another yesterday and PERFECT... AND, if they are too big, safe them and toast the next day! Crunchy crust stuffed with soft cheese, very yummy. Love this place.

Bought a Pappadia and it was delicious. Small menu so not making yourself crazy with choices.
