I placed an order for several pizzas, one of which was a 'Choose Your Own Toppings ' option. Regrettably, it became evident that onions had been added to this particular pizza when they should not have been. This oversight was only realized after someone in my family had already eaten a slice. Unfortunately, the individual in question has an intolerance to onions. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager acknowledged the mistake and expressed apologies. I requested a refund for the affected pizza, but to my disappointment, the manager refused. Manager Sachin) was really helpful and friendly will definitely come again much better than dominos in Rickmansworth. Rest of team were brilliant too in helping me as I am currently on crutches.
