I placed an order for several pizzas, one of which was a 'Choose Your Own Toppings ' option. Regrettably, it became evident that onions had been added to this particular pizza when they should not have been. This oversight was only realized after someone in my family had already eaten a slice. Unfortunately, the individual in question has an intolerance to onions. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager acknowledged the mistake and expressed apologies. I requested a refund for the affected pizza, but to my disappointment, the manager refused.
