I ordered several pizzas, including one with a 'Choose Your Own Toppings' option. Unfortunately, onions were mistakenly added to this pizza, which became clear only after someone in my family had eaten a slice. This was a problem because that person is intolerant to onions. When I reached out to the restaurant, the manager admitted the error and apologized. I asked for a refund for the affected pizza, but to my disappointment, the manager refused. Manager Sachin) was really helpful and friendly will definitely come again much better than dominos in Rickmansworth. Rest of team were brilliant too in helping me as I am currently on crutches.
