maybe papa. john needs help from mama john. They really feel like a john doe .waiting for an uncooked teig. It was stale because they are so slow....they call themselves sandwich artists on subway here I call drag artists .they ignored all. I think he ignored me all the time when I spoke. I said no hot paprika he laughed, it wasn't sweat. I wish mama john was here so that this place had a nicer note in which I never knew would hate to cook a pizza so much. they should hire people and train them with a sense of urgency. as we starve and it's a pizza emergency....more quickly go as they can. then I will come tomorrow after I order the pizza I order from japan. but the beats were not fresh and...
This review is about my experience ordering a pizza for delivery today. The man at the front counter needs to improve his customer service skills. He had a very irritated expression on his face while I placed my order and barely spoke. He was constantly distracted and seemed like he couldn't hear me, making me repeat myself two or three times. After I finally placed my order, he simply said it would be ready in 20 minutes and walked away without a simple "thank you" or smile. This lack of courtesy made me feel unwelcome and unwanted as a customer. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant if I have to deal with someone who clearly doesn't want to be there.
We are in town for one night before we fly out and ordered a pizza. It was not entirely their fault but it took just over two hours for the pizza to arrive. They told us after we paid that it would be an hour and a half to two hours for the pizza to arrive. At two hours we called and they advised they were understaffed and busy, trying to keep up with the orders. They were so overwhelmed they had to have door dash deliver the pizza. Made me wonder if those who voted for Inslee and Biden are happy with the way things are going? I hope the workers hang in there and let’s hope they remember how busy they were, and why, in 2024.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am new to the area and staying g at a hotel, during covid delivery for food has been a huge help. My husband and I had a mi or issue with the driver not knocking. Not a big deal, they are trying to push no contact delivery, so I understand. But a knock still would've helped. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was made to feel not only heard but understood and made to feel valued by the GM Courtney. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She personally delivered a fresh hit pizza to us, within 20 minutes of my call. Can't thank you enough Courtney. You are amazing. Réservez une table maintenant
If I could give zero stars I would . I live 5 mins away from this place called at 8:10 pm they didn’t get to my door until 9:30pm , on top of that I only ordered a set of wings an bread sticks , when they showed up food was damn near cold , ordered the HoneyChipotle kind and as you can see not much chipotle or honey sauce . Overall Not happy completely unsatisfied
I ordered and paid for my pizza using the app, but it never arrived. The tracking showed it as delivered, but when I tried calling the restaurant, they did not answer. This is the second time I have been deceived by a Doordash delivery, who they claim to be partnered with now.
