Chris, the current manager, did not effectively manage the staff as employees would often leave their duties to smoke weed. Both Chris and another manager, Garrett, were known to smoke on the job. I always had a mediocre experience from this business. I always order because their pizza in the regular is very good, despite bad service. I just ordered from there, and the pizza came super, but the cheese sticks look more like broth sticks and I can't get anyone on the handy to get a replacement. there is probably a bet of 25%. it doesn't even look good. Why should this make out of business, much less to a customer house?
I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Papa John's in Commerce. Despite being late, there was no doorbell or knock to alert me to my delivery. The next morning, I found my $50 order sitting on the porch. I will not be ordering from this location again.
