"We’ve been going here once a week for a long time. We sit at the bar, the bartender quit about a month ago… The last 3 times the papas fajiatas for 2 had to be sent back for cold meat and under-cooked veggies. We have never sent it back until today and the meat came back hot but the peppers came back still raw. Like a 1/4 raw uncooked green pepper. The fajitas don’t even come out sizzled. They’re just smoking from a little water thrown on the iron skillet. Today was it. We won’t be back and we lived this spot."

A little over a week ago I called in and ordered a pizza. The call center took my order and said it would be 10-20 minutes (usually it’s 15-20 minutes) until pick up. I drove over about 15 minutes later, pulled up by the drive through and waited. It was probably a couple of minutes before anyone came to the window. I gave them my name, and waited — about 5 minutes later, the guy said it wasn’t ready and asked if I could circle the building which I did. Again I waited. When my pizza was finally delivered, the guy said they were “swamped” — no apology, just an explanation. From the time I called it in until it was ready was over 45 minutes!!
