Papa John's Pizza

My online order was made with all the wrong toppings. Some toppings I do not eat and long phone hold times. Placed on hold twice about an hour and twenty minutes before store closing time. Horrible service and annoying advertisement while you wait for no local store feedback. The Papa Johns order number was the only thing this store got right.

An order was marked, but I had to wait for a solid 10-15 minutes in the tiny room until they're finished. And the youngest one they forgot a topping and a sauce. A chain can make it better.

Pizza took about an hour to get 3 miles away, it was cold, and my request for EXTRA sauce apparently was misunderstood as NO sauce Ridiculous.

I tried the pepperoni and bacon pizza it was very good The sauce was very good the bacon is very crispy, the pepperoni is a little crispy.

Terrible service. No pizza bc they deleted our order from screen. Poorly ran by teenagers and immature management.
