This is my FIRST review ever in life. I LOVE papa johns and pizza in general. But this place CONSISTENTLY makes horrible pies that shouldn't be served to anyone. The amount of cheese put on my pizza is simply disrespectful. I placed MULTIPLE orders and, well, the pictures speak for themselves. The cheese never makes it to the crust for some reason and there is cheese missing in several places in the middle most of the time. It's frustrating because this place is making me dislike papa johns but I know it's the location. I am surely not the only person experiences this, and unsure why someone hasn't been fired unless the owner is instructing this horrible behavior. Either way.. just close dow...
To be honest right off the bat I mostly order from Papa John's because my son loves their breadsticks. They do make a good pizza, and their crust is a favorite of mine. Usually when I have an issue with them it's because of the drinks. On more than one occasions the sodas are not cold on arrival. Actually they weren't even cold when they left the store.Today was something entirely different, and a little more not to overlook. My drinks were given to another order, and when he returned to my house with the drinks I was given a 2 litter instead of the 2 20ounces I ordered. It might be a little picky, but the price difference falls in favor of the seller and not the buyer.
I was extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Papa John's. We requested extra cheese for our pizza, but despite paying nearly $4.00 extra per topping, it seemed as though they didn't actually add any. The pizza and breadsticks looked sloppy and hastily made, and the taste left much to be desired. This was a letdown for us, especially considering our positive experiences with Papa John's in the past. It was even more disappointing given that we had family visiting from out of state and were hoping for a quality meal despite the higher price.
Surprised that I don't see 5 star all the way down. I order from this papa John's location all the time and the pizza is Always hot and good and exactly what I ordered. Can't remember any problems and it's been a long time at this same store. All the delivery drivers are really cool and friendly too ! Thank you to everyone at this Location!

They need to have menus available. This is not covid circa 2020 but a whole year has gone by. The menu's not posted anywhere. They directed me online but it doesn't give prices. It's not easy to understand what the deals are. Pizza Hut is a lot easier.
This location is the absolutely best. Customer service is phenomenal. Their food taste so fresh! I drive 30 minutes each way to this location. Love it...
I ordered on a snowing day and the driver forgot my soda. I called the manager and he immediately solved the problem and I was compensated.
Papa Johns Crofton is phenomenal. They have great customer service. I usually always get my orders fast and my food is so good!

Papa J always has good pizza. The staff here was super helpful and efficient.
The promotion is only valid for a day or two. Not very pleasant.
