Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I placed the order to go at 3:15 when I arrived they had not even started making it. It was available to pick up at 3:45 PM. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for pizza I would've gotten it hot at Pizza Hut.. what is the point of calling it in ahead of time I also asked if they had a side pizza or personal size pizza they gave me toppings in a bag and charged me for them which, of course I refunded the bag of toppings would not recommend don't know what they're talking about and takes me too long
