This was my first time ordering from Papa Murphy's, and I will definitely be back. The take-and-bake stuffed crust pizza and cheese bread I ordered were absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the customer service was outstanding. Pam greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly polite and accommodating when I arrived to pick up my order. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making every customer’s experience great. On a scale of 1 to 5, I’d give Pam’s service a perfect 10! Thank you, Pam, for your kindness and wonderful attitude. I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The pizza was overcooked and rubbery, and they didn’t even cut it before delivering it to my home. I had to go to the restaurant in person to have it rectified. The staff at the Wayne location seemed indifferent, and this isn’t the first time I’ve received poor-quality food from them. I've made the decision not to return.
I arrived at the restaurant an hour before closing to order some wings, but the manager informed me that they weren't serving them. I asked if he was trying to close early since it was only 10 PM and they close at 11. He explained that the fryers were undergoing maintenance. I couldn't believe it—I just wanted some wings, which only take about 15 minutes to cook!
Papa Murphy's in Goldsboro is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and do an excellent job preparing the pizzas. Their crust is consistently delicious. I especially love their crustless pizzas, though I also enjoy the traditional ones. They frequently offer great deals and have an excellent rewards program. I really love this place!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, their pizza is fantastic! I visited the Wayne Memorial store around 8:00 PM tonight, and T.T. and a person I believe was named Hayden provided outstanding service. Their customer service skills were top-notch, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.
I was feeling too lazy and tired to cook tonight, so I decided to order takeout. My husband’s favorite is a stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni. The delivery person was fantastic, and so was the manager and the staff at the store. A big thanks to whoever prepared our order!
The service at the pickup window was decent, but unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to its former quality. The sauce no longer has the same flavor, and some of the meats are overly salty.
The birthday cinnamon sticks were warm and delightful, just like the rest of the food. I’ve never encountered any issues here, and I truly enjoy this location.
