I must say I visit store #11007 recently I must say the visit was exceptional well! Why? Customer service provided by a young lady name Courtney M. The moment I walked in she greeted with a smile, very kind and courteous. Not only that she was patience with me on recommendations to purchase pizza. I really enjoyed speaking with her, give Courtney a raise! Also, had the pleasure with speaking with the mgr Sharon to give Courtney a kudos while in the store. I have been going to this store since they opened many years ago. My family and I definitely love the pizza. I always get excited when a limited time favorite is available. Oh and if you have a few bottomless pits to feed the stuffed pizza is definitely the way to go. Kid-friendliness: They have the mini murph which is a pizza kit that comes with everything needed to make a kid sized pizza and it's something fun the kids can do. Parking: Plenty of parking with a few handicap spots near the door. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair ramp on the sidewalk and no steps at the door. I get being tired and just wanting to go home, but what I don’t understand is being annoyed about doing your job. The attitude and dirty looks I received the entire time I was waiting for my order were disappointing. Maybe it’s because I work in customer service myself, but I expected better. I even greeted them warmly, as if they were entering my own store—so I really expected a better response.

As for parking, if there's no space right up front, it's much easier to park on the side instead of in the lot in front. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there is a handicap spot right by the door, but I believe the ramp is located at the other end. Also, the handicap spot isn't particularly wide for van accessibility.
My family absolutely loves Papa Murphy's pizzas! We order 2-3 times a month, and the $10 Tuesdays are incredibly convenient. Honestly, I don't enjoy any other pizza anymore. Plus, they load the ingredients all the way to the edge!
The best store-bought take-and-bake pizza in the world. I had a large hamburger and pepperoni pizza, and it was delicious.
This is such a friendly place to do business. Everytime I've been there they are just so helpful and thoughtful.
